CLV Group is a services consultancy group, focused on helping brands focus their time and effort on what matters the most – improving the customer experience. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how data collected through this website is used. This Privacy Policy only applies to data collected through CLVGRP.com. By using this website, you agree to comply with the general terms and conditions of access and use described in detail below and the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, especially related to online communications.
CLV Group provides information management and marketing services designed to help companies improve their marketing strategies and programs. These services may involve third parties and may utilize cookies, web beacons, or other tracking or retargeting mechanisms. When we provide these services to our clients, we process information according to the terms and conditions of the contract with our clients. Accordingly, CLV Group relies upon the instructions of its clients with respect to the use of marketing information and ultimately our clients advise us as to a consumer’s preferences or opt-in/opt-out choices.
CLV Group may host and/or maintain various third-party data on behalf of our clients. When CLV Group provides data products to our clients we adhere to the terms and conditions defined by third party suppliers of such data.

Children’s privacy:
We do not knowingly collect personal data about children. Our systems are not designed for use by children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or obtained personal data of someone under 13, we will delete that information from our database. Security:
We take the security of our data and client’s information seriously. We always take what we believe are reasonable precautions to protect against unauthorized access to our systems and to prevent data from being disclosed to unauthorized parties. CLV Group uses Direct Marketing Association (DMA) resources to suppress the names and addresses of individuals who have notified the DMA that they do not want to receive advertising by mail.
